Yes, our jars are designed with reuse in mind. The glass jar of the 250 gram candle can be easily cleaned and is even dishwasher safe. Once the candle has burned out, simply remove the remaining wax and you can reuse the jar as a storage jar, vase, or decorative item.
The smaller jars from the sample packs can also be cleaned, but we recommend washing them gently by hand. Cleaning them this way will extend their lifespan and allow you to use them for storing small items like herbs, jewelry, or other creative purposes. This way, our packaging not only contributes to sustainability, but also gives you a beautiful way to reuse them!
Our packaging is largely plastic-free and recyclable. We only use paper and recyclable materials for our boxes and packaging, so they can easily be reused or recycled. The only exception are the stickers on the jars and boxes, which are made of vinyl. Although vinyl is not fully recyclable, we consciously chose this material because of its sustainability and high-quality appearance.
We are continuously looking for ways to make our packaging even more sustainable, so that we contribute to an environmentally friendly future.

Toch raden wij uit voorzorg het gebruik in deze periodes af. Dit komt doordat er geen uitgebreid wetenschappelijk onderzoek is gedaan naar de effecten van etherische oliën tijdens zwangerschap en borstvoeding. Dit geldt voor vrijwel alle natuurlijke geurproducten.

Helaas kunnen vaak alleen grote bedrijven dit betalen, bedrijven die juist vaak synthetische stoffen aan producten toevoegen, waarvan soms pas op de lange termijn blijkt dat ze schadelijk kunnen zijn.
Er bestaat geen wettelijke verplichting om een waarschuwing te geven voor natuurlijke producten, zoals dat wel geldt voor medicijnen of alcohol. Veel merken vermelden hierover dan ook niets. Wij kiezen er echter bewust voor om transparant te zijn en geven dit advies op basis van de richtlijnen van onze leveranciers.

Yes, you can! We offer trial packs with smaller candles, so you can try different scents before you buy a large candle. These trial packs contain a selection of our most popular scents, including seasonal scents and scents from our permanent collection, such as lavender, rose.
The sample candles are made from the same high-quality soy wax and pure essential oils as our large candles, so you get a true impression of the scent experience. These small candles are ideal for discovering which scents best suit your preferences or space.

At this time we do not offer unscented candles. Our focus is currently on scented candles with natural essential oils. However, we understand that there may be a demand for unscented options and are considering adding unscented candles to our range in the future.

Orders and Shipping
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery time depends on several factors:
- Orders: All
Orders are processed within 1-3 days for low order volume, 4-5
days for an average order volume, and 5-7 days for a high order volume. - During Colder Months and Warmer Months: During colder months, orders are shipped Monday through Friday. During warmer months, orders are shipped Monday through Thursday to prevent packages from sitting in hot facilities or trucks for extended periods of time over the weekend.
- High Seasons and Holidays : During peak periods, such as holidays or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment.
Please note: The above delivery times are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances at the delivery service.
At this time, we do not offer specific gift wrapping or the option to add a personal message. Our candles are nicely and carefully wrapped, but not in the style of a real gift wrapping, such as for birthdays or holidays.
We plan to add this to our range in the future, so that you can have your order fully gift wrapped, including a personal card. Keep following our updates if you are interested in this! We would love to hear your feedback to develop this service as best as possible.
At this time we only ship within the Netherlands. Although international shipping is not yet available, our candles are sometimes available for sale at markets and events within the Netherlands.

At the moment we do not offer subscriptions or gift boxes with candles. However, this is something we would like to introduce to our customers in the future! We would like to offer you the opportunity to receive new scents regularly or to order a specially composed gift box for yourself or as a gift.

Yes, you can return your candles if you are not satisfied, under the following conditions:
- Right of withdrawal :
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days after receiving the products. This can be done by sending us a clear statement in which you indicate that you want to use your right of cancellation. The products must be returned to us within 14 days of this notification. - 30 Day Return Policy :
Our policy offers you an extended return period of 30 days from the date you receive the products, which goes beyond the statutory right of withdrawal. - Packaging and use :
Returns are only possible if the products are in their original packaging and are unused. Products with opened or broken seals cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. - Return shipping costs :
The costs for returning the products are for your own account. When your return request is approved, you will receive a return form by e-mail. This must be printed out and filled in and added to the package. -
