Refund policy

1. Your rights to cancel your order

1.1 Your rights to cancel an order and thereby end the contract depend on what you have purchased, whether there are any defects, how we act, and when you decide to end the contract. The cancellation and termination rights set out in this section7 are without prejudice to any rights you have under applicable mandatory law.

1.2 If the product you have purchased is defective or has been incorrectly described, you may have a legal right to end the contract. You can also choose to have the product repaired or replaced, or to have a service performed again. In some cases you may be entitled to a full or partial refund of your money.

1.3 You have the right to end the contract in the following situations where we inform you that we cannot fulfill what we have communicated to you:

a) We have notified you of an upcoming change to the product or these terms that you do not agree to;

b) We have informed you of an error in the price or description of the product you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed;

c) There is a risk that delivery of the products may be significantly delayed due to events beyond our control;

d) We have suspended supply of the products for technical reasons, or we will notify you that we will do so for technical reasons, for a period exceeding 14 days.

1.4 If you end a contract for a reason set out in clause 7.3 (a) to (d) above, the contract will end immediately and we will reimburse you in full for any products not delivered.

1.5 If you change your mind about a product, you may be able to return the product and receive a refund within a 30-day cooling-off period from the date you received the products. This 30 day returns policy goes beyond your statutory right to change your mind within 14 days of delivery of the products.

1.6 If you wish to exercise your statutory right to change your mind (the so-called right of withdrawal), you can do this by sending us a clear statement indicating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the date of delivery of the products. You must return the products to us within 14 days after sending the Model withdrawal form or other statement.

2. How to cancel your order with us.

2.1 To end the contract with us, you can let us know by taking the following action:

a) Please contact our customer service using the contact details provided. Provide your name, home address, order details and, if available, your telephone number and email address; Give a clear reason why you want to return the product and if approved, you will receive the return form by email. You must print this out and add it to the package.

3. How to return your order to us

3.1 If you wish to return your order to us, you must do so within a maximum of 30 days from the date you received the products. The return of the products is at your own expense. Send us an email with the reason why you want to return the product and if approved you will receive the return form by email. You must print this out and include it with the package. When returning your order, please ensure that you send the products in the original packaging.

3.2 We reserve the right to refuse the return of items that have been sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes after they have been unsealed upon receipt by you.

3.3 In accordance with clause 4.2, it is not possible to return products whose sealed packaging has been opened or which have already been used. This policy applies because we cannot resell such products.

3.4 If you received a gift with your order and would like to return the entire order to us, please ensure that you include the gift with your return. If you keep the gift, we will deduct the price of the gift from your refund.

3.5 After receiving your return shipment, we will refund the amount due to you as soon as possible, no later than within 14 days after we have received the returned goods.
