1. Place an order on our website
1.1 You can order products on our website by selecting them and adding them to your shopping cart. Before placing your order, you can review the contents of your shopping cart and make any adjustments. Please note that the products will only be reserved for you after the ordering process has been fully completed. Once you are happy with your selection, enter and check your details before confirming your order. Then choose a delivery method, the costs of which are stated on our website. Finally, you will be redirected to the payment process, where you can select your preferred payment method and complete the payment via the
1.2 If you have chosen delivery to your address, we will send you another email with the estimated shipping confirmation and track and trace. Your delivery may be delivered in separate deliveries (split deliveries) from our warehouses if you have ordered multiple products via our website.
1.3 All orders are processed within 1-3 days for low order volume, 4-5 days for medium order volume, and 5-7 days for high order volume.
1.4 During the colder months, orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. During warmer months, orders are shipped Monday through Thursday to prevent packages from sitting in warm facilities or trucks for extended periods of time over the weekend.
1.5 Orders are not shipped during weekends or public holidays.
1.6 If there are a significantly higher number of orders than usual, processing times and shipments may be delayed. If significant delays occur, we will contact you by email.
